Senior cop slapped with fifth bribery charge involving RM1.5mil

SHAH ALAM: A senior policeman already facing four corruption charges in Kuala Lumpur was slapped with another charge at the Shah Alam Session court involving RM1.5mil.

Asst Supt Gan Chee Liang was accused of soliciting the funds, in return for settling a drug charge under Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 involving one "Victor Goh" at a police lock-up in Shah Alam.
